Don’t worry if you’ve received a letter from the TV Licensing Company, this can be ignored and you don’t need to do anything with this. It can sometimes take a short while for their system to update with our details; meaning that a letter may be sent to your home automatically to advise that a licence isn’t in place. As soon as the details have been updated on their system, the TV Licence will be covering your property and will be backdated from your utility contract start date.

Any correspondence sent to your address should stop after the first month of your contract. If you’re still receiving correspondence after this period from the TV Licensing Company, please just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide the TV Licence account number and certificate for the property.
