Don’t worry if you’ve received a letter from the water supplier to your property, this can be ignored and you don’t need to do anything with it. It can sometimes take a short while for the water suppliers system to update with our details; meaning that a welcome letter or the first bill may be sent to your home automatically. As soon as the details have been updated on their system, we’ll receive all future correspondence through to our office so you can leave the utilities to us.

Any correspondence sent to your address should stop after the first month of your contract. If you’re still receiving correspondence after this period from your water supplier, please just send us the most recent letter here and we’ll make sure that you don’t receive any further letters.
