If the installation date provided isn’t convenient for your group and you’re unsure of when somebody will be available at the property, please let us know so that we can request for the installation to be postponed for now.


Plusnet and Virgin Media have a 2 week lead-time on installations, so please aim to give us 2 weeks’ notice from the date that somebody will be available at the property when you’re aware of this, and there should be no issues booking this in for your requested date.
