We’ll always request for your internet to be installed on the earliest date available from your utility contract start date, this is the earliest that we're able to request the installation to go ahead.

If we receive the completed documents from your group to set up your utilities account later than usual, we may not be able to get the installation booked in for your contract start date due to engineer availability and the 2 week lead-time required on installations with both Plusnet and Virgin Media. We’ll request for this to be booked in for next available date and let you know as soon as this has been confirmed by your provider. In this case, we wouldn’t be able to bring your installation date forward as the installation date provided is the earliest date available.
