If your property has previously had a Virgin Media connection, a Virgin Media QuickStart pack will be posted directly to your property along with instructions on how to set this up. If you've received a Virgin Media QuickStart pack through the post and can’t see a Virgin Media socket within your property, there may have been a recent refurbishment on the property where the socket has been covered up which we haven’t been made aware of.

Please just get in touch if you've received the Virgin Media QuickStart pack and don’t have a Virgin Media socket, we can then arrange for an engineer to come and install this as soon as possible to get you connected.
