You won’t need to worry about your energy usage throughout your contract as we have no specific caps on this. We have a negligent policy in place simply to protect ourselves if the usage is deemed to be irresponsive, for instance if the heating is on 24/7 at the highest temperature.


Don’t worry though, as it’s really unlikely that your group will ever reach this point so you can sit back and relax!


We'll continue to monitor your usage throughout the contract by requesting meter readings every couple of months to provide peace of mind, we can also send energy saving tips if needed for your group.
