If we’ve failed to collect your monthly payment on the due date, we will re-attempt to collect up to 4 times per month, within 3-5 working days from the last attempt.

If we haven’t been able to collect your payment during the automated collection process, please get in touch with us to let us know a date that you will be able to make the payment. If we haven’t received any communication by the end of the month after the failed collection attempts, your payment is at risk of being split between the rest of your group as per the terms and conditions of your contract.
