If your tenancy start date has been changed, please send us your new start date so that we can advise further. We may be able to amend this on the utility account, depending on whether the services have been ordered already.

If we have already ordered the utilities for your property, we are no longer able to amend the ‘start date’ on the account as all of the services will have now been set up, ready for your start date as per the Utility Order Form completed by your group.
