We’ll always try our best to accommodate your current circumstances if you’re struggling to make a payment, please just let us know if this is the case, along with the date that you’ll be able to make the payment and we’ll be happy to help where we can.
Your payment will continue to go through the automated collection process where we will attempt to collect the payment up to 4 times per month within 3-5 working days from the last attempt, however if we have a confirmed date that you can make the payment then we can make a note of this on your account.
If we fail to collect your payment and haven’t received a confirmation date of when you can make the payment (by the end of the month), please note that your payment may be at risk of going through the automated ‘split process’ for the rest of the group. Please inform us as soon as you have a date that you can make the payment so that we can prevent the payment from being escalated further.
